Retaining and deleting personal data

Personal data that we acquire for any purpose or purposes shall not be kept for longer than is necessary for that purpose or those purposes.

Personal data will be held for a maximum period of five years following your leaving date, to comply with British Standard 7858 “security screening of individuals employed in a security environment”.

We may also retain your personal data where such retention is necessary for compliance with any legal obligation to which we are subject.
